We are located out in Dombivli East, specifically at Riverwoodpark on the Kalyan-Shill Road. Our office is in Flat 703 of Building 10. It’s quite a way out for some people, but it’s a growing area. Khidkali is the local spot people know. Working for Magicbricks under the Times Group means there is always something going on. The view from the 7th floor is actually not too bad on a clear day. We handle a lot of the real estate side of things here. It’s not a typical corporate office since we are in a residential building complex. It makes it feel a bit more relaxed, I guess. We spend most of our time on the phones or on our computers. The commute along Kalyan-Shill Road can be quite a struggle during peak hours with all the trucks and construction. Most of the staff here lives nearby, so we have a good local connection. We’ve got our desks squeezed into the rooms of the flat. It’s practical. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Just some people working hard to keep the property listings updated and helping folks find homes. Sometimes we order snacks for the whole floor when we have a long afternoon. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We’ve been in this building for a bit now and it feels like home to the team. It is a solid place to get work done every week.
