We’re located in Navi Mumbai, specifically at Shalimar Morya Park which is on the New Link Road. Our office is in the units numbered 110-11. If you know this part of town, you know it’s a pretty busy stretch with lots of other companies and shops nearby. We’ve been handling broadband services from this spot for quite some time now. It’s a very straightforward operation. We have our desks, our computer equipment, and our small team who tries to keep everything running for everyone using our internet connections. Dealing with all the cables and network stuff in a place like Maharashtra can be a real challenge sometimes, especially when the weather gets bad or there’s a lot of construction work happening on the road outside. We aren't a huge national provider with millions of dollars to spend on fancy television ads. We just focus on the people who use our services right here. The office is usually a bit messy with various tech gear and wires all over the place, but that’s just the nature of this kind of work. We don't put on any airs about being some high-tech global startup; we’re just a local private limited company trying to do our part. Most of the guys working here have been with us for years and they know the local network inside and out. It’s not always easy, and we know customers get frustrated when things go down. We just do our best to get the signal back up as fast as we can.
