Our office is located in the Paras Building over at 7 Bunglows. It’s a pretty easy place to find since we are right near the Bon Bon Showroom. Being in this part of Mumbai means there is always a lot going on outside. We have been here for a bit, focusing on reality and property projects. It’s a small operation, mostly just a handful of us making sure everything stays on track. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Instead, we spend our time talking to people and looking at different plots or buildings. The office is a bit lived-in, with coffee mugs and stacks of folders on every surface. We like it that way because it feels real. We handle the usual stuff like property paperwork, sales, and site visits. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes we spend the whole day just trying to get one permit sorted out. But we like the challenge of the Mumbai market. It’s a fast-paced environment and we’ve learned to adapt. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks through our door, whether they are looking for a new place or just asking for advice on a lease. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does its job properly and stays rooted in the neighborhood. Every day is different, and that’s what keeps us interested in this business.
