THRISH INFRADWELLERS LLP

Our office is tucked away in Paras Building over at 7 Bunglows. Most people find us by looking for the Bon Bon Showroom first since that is a big landmark in this part of Mumbai. We have been operating as Thrish Infradwellers for a bit now, focusing on the basics of building and infrastructure. It is a small team here. On most mornings, you will find us sorting through files or talking to contractors on the phone. The area is always buzzing with people and cars, so it never really gets quiet until very late at night. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we get the job done. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. That is just how things go in an old Mumbai building. We deal with a lot of local projects around the suburbs. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things moving. The weather in Mumbai can be a bit much, especially during the monsoon when the rain hits the windows hard, but we stay busy regardless. Being near the sea at 7 Bunglows means there is usually a bit of a breeze if you stand outside the building entrance. It is a decent place to work from and we have gotten used to the rhythm of this neighborhood over the years.
