If you are looking for us, we are up in Windsor Tower, suite 1203. It’s right there in Shastri Nagar, not too far from the Lokhandwala Complex. Being in Andheri West means it’s always crowded outside. You spend a lot of time waiting for the elevators in this building. Once you get up to the 12th floor, it’s a bit quieter though. This Thomas Cook branch has been here a while. We have a lot of computers and desks squeezed into the space. It’s a working office, so there’s always someone on the phone or typing away. We don’t have those fancy lounge areas you see in magazines. It’s just us doing the travel paperwork and keeping things moving. The view from the window is okay, mostly just more buildings and the tops of trees in Shastri Nagar. Sometimes the rain hits the glass pretty hard during the monsoon. We usually have tea around four. Everyone knows everyone else here. It’s not a cold corporate environment, even if the name is big. We handle the daily business for the India division right from this room. The Lokhandwala area is great for food after work. We just try to keep things organized and handle the local travel needs. It’s a lot of logistics and checking details. We like the location because it’s central for many of our staff. It’s just a normal day at the office for us.
