Our little spot is located in Shri Anmol Co Operative Housing Society over in Mira Road. It’s right there in Sector No 9, which stays pretty active throughout the day. If you know where the Poonam Sagar Complex is, we are just right across from it. Finding B 21/004 can be a little tricky the first time if you aren't looking at the building numbers, but most locals in Shanti Nagar know the way. It’s a busy area in Thane. We spend a lot of time on the computer here dealing with all the travel details. People come in from the neighborhood to talk about their trips or just to pick up some documents. The office isn't massive but we make it work. Usually, there's someone here from early morning until the evening. We deal with a lot of noise from the street sometimes, especially during peak hours when the traffic picks up near the complex. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. Just a few desks and a place for people to sit while we look things up. The weather gets pretty humid in this part of Thane, so the fan is always running. We've been in this building for some time now and know the neighbors pretty well. It's just a regular day-to-day operation helping people get where they need to go. We keep things simple and just focus on the folders in front of us.
