We've been at 110 in Squarters Colony for a long time now. It’s a busy spot in Malad and sometimes the traffic makes it hard for the trucks to get in, but we make it work. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. We do a lot of technical work with heat and cooling stuff. It’s not fancy. The floor is usually covered in scrap metal and tools by the afternoon. We start early because the sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard by ten. Someone usually brings tea around eleven. We just get on with the jobs people bring us. Sometimes it’s a big order, other times it’s just fixing something small that broke. Malad has changed a lot since we moved in, but our corner of the colony stays mostly the same. We don’t have a big front office or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back working on a machine. We use old desks and the filing cabinets are getting a bit rusty. It’s a real place where things get made. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we have to check an order. Mostly, it’s just the sound of the machines and people talking over the noise. We keep a few spare parts on the shelves just in case. It’s a bit dusty, but we know where everything is. Our coffee machine is broken, so we stick to the tea guy down the street.
