The Makkerz

The Makkerz operates out of L1, 23 Om Ganesh Chs in Rajmata Kashish Park. We are situated on LBS Marg in Thane West, right near the Mulund Check Naka. This location is great because it’s right on the border of Thane and Mumbai. Our office is part of a housing society, so it has a very local, neighborly feel to it. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a dedicated group of us working out of a ground-floor space. The 400604 area is busy, and LBS Marg is always packed with traffic, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We do a lot of different things here, mostly focusing on getting projects built or organized. The name The Makkerz reflects our hands-on approach. We aren't afraid to get our hands dirty or stay late to finish a job. The office is filled with samples, tools, and a lot of coffee cups. We don't have a polished corporate look, and we don't want one. We prefer the honest, slightly messy reality of a working studio. People in the society know us, and we often chat with the neighbors while we are moving equipment in or out. It’s a straightforward business in a real neighborhood, and that suits us just fine. Sometimes we have to move our bikes to make room for deliveries, but everyone is pretty understanding about it. We’ve been at this address for a long time now.
