The Frames Film Festival

We are located over at Nagpada Junction in Mumbai, specifically up on the fourteenth floor of Kedy Tower. If you know the Bellasis Road area, you know it stays pretty crowded and loud most of the day with all the traffic coming through. Our office at A/1403 is where most of the work for The Frames Film Festival actually happens. We spend a lot of time sitting at these desks dealing with film entries and sorting out schedules for everything. It is not a very big space, but it has a good view of the city from this high up, which helps when things get a bit stressful. People come in and out all day, mostly staff or folks dropping off materials. We have been in this spot for a while now and the building security guys know us pretty well by this point. Nagpada is a busy part of town, and being right at the junction means there is always something going on outside the window. We just keep our heads down and handle the logistics of the festival from here. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sitting around laptop screens. It is a regular office vibe, nothing too fancy, just desks, some chairs, and stacks of papers everywhere. Sometimes the elevators in the tower take a bit of time, but we are used to that. We just focus on getting the work done so the festival can actually happen.
