The Event Mantra

We work out of a small room, Number 11, in Ebrahim Mension on Mohamad Ali Road. It’s right in the Charni Road area, across from Ismile Habib Masjid. If you’ve been through this part of Mumbai, you know how tight the streets are and how much is going on. We do event planning, but we keep it very down-to-earth. Our office is simple, just some desks and a lot of folders. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to people who need help with their functions. Most of our work comes from neighbors or people who’ve seen us at other events. We handle the logistics, the vendors, and the timing. It’s a lot of coordination, especially in a city like this where nothing ever stays on schedule. We like the challenge of making things fit into small spaces or working with tight budgets. We aren't some high-end luxury firm; we’re just people who know how to organize a good gathering. We’ve been at this location for a good while and we feel like part of the community. Dealing with the local shops and decorators is what we do best. If you need something planned, you just come up to the mansion and we can chat. No fancy presentations, just a conversation about what you need. It’s a practical business and we like it that way. We’re here every day making sure the small details don't get missed.
