The Comforts Travels & Tours

You can find us at The Comforts Travels & Tours on the first floor of Western India House. That’s at number 10, Fort Adajan Road. We’ve been operating from this old building for quite a while now. It’s a busy area with a lot of history. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, with wooden desks and posters of different cities on the walls. We spend most of our day on the phone or looking at train and flight schedules. It’s not like those big travel websites you see online. We actually talk to people and try to figure out what they need for their trips. Sometimes the printers act up or the internet goes slow, but we manage to get the tickets done. We handle a lot of local tours and some bigger trips too. People from the neighborhood often just stop by to ask about prices or to pick up their papers. It’s a cozy space, even if it’s a bit cluttered with brochures and folders. We don't have a fancy lobby with coffee machines. It’s just us working through the bookings. We like being in the Fort area because it feels like the heart of the business district. Even though everything is moving toward mobile apps, we still like doing things the old way. It feels more personal when you can sit down and talk about where you want to go. That is our way.
