The Bombay Engineering Works

We are based in Sewree West, specifically at Unit Nos. 12 in the Navyug Industrial Estate on Tokersey Jivraj Road. The Bombay Engineering Works has been around this industrial estate for many years. It is a busy place with a lot of noise from machines and trucks coming and going all day. Our unit is basically a large workshop filled with tools, metal bits, and machines. It is not the cleanest place, but it is where the work happens. We spend a lot of time on the floor, making sure everything is being handled right. We do not really do the whole corporate thing with fancy titles or big offices. If you come by, you will see us working alongside the staff. The air in Sewree can be a bit heavy with the smell of industry, but we do not mind it much anymore. We take on all sorts of engineering tasks, some big and some small. We do not have a glossy brochure; usually, we just show people what we are currently working on. It is a lot of manual labor and long hours, especially when we have a deadline to meet. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary drama. People in the estate know us as the ones who have been here forever. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and hope the machines do not break down on a busy day.
