Thapar Property & Developers is situated over in Bhandup West. You can find us at 11/A on Central Street. It is a busy little road with a lot of shops and people walking by. Our office is right there on the street level, which makes it easy for people to just pop in. We do not have a big fancy storefront with neon lights. It is just a regular door with our name on it. Inside, it is mostly just us working on various property projects and looking at site plans. We have been in Bhandup for a good while, so we have seen the area grow quite a bit. Central Street has changed over the years, but we have stayed in the same spot. The office can get a bit cluttered with blueprints and files, but that is just how a developer’s office looks. We do not try to act like a big multinational firm. We are just local people who know about the buildings in this part of town. When someone comes in, they usually sit down for a tea while we discuss what they are looking for. There is no high-pressure sales talk here. We just show what we have and explain how things work. It is a very grounded way of doing things. We handle the development side and the sales side all from this one office in Bhandup West. It is a small operation, but we stay busy.
