Terraform Realty

We are Terraform Realty, and you can find us at Samruddhi, on the office floor at Plot No. 157. Our office is on 18th Road in Chembur East, which is a nice part of the city. We are right next to the SBI and very close to Ambedkar Garden. It is a good landmark for people who aren't familiar with the side streets of Chembur. The office is a busy place, but we try to keep things relaxed. We don't go in for all that corporate talk you hear in the bigger firms. We are just a group of people who know the local property market well. Chembur is a bit of a green island in Mumbai, and we really like working here. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and going through the legal papers for various buildings. It is a lot of attention to detail, which can be tiring, but it is necessary. Sometimes we walk over to Ambedkar Garden just to get some fresh air and clear our heads. People come into the office asking all sorts of things about property values and new developments. We just tell them what we know from being on the ground every day. It isn't always exciting, but it is what we do, and we have been doing it for quite some time now in this neighborhood.
