Tender Fresh Icecreams

Tender Fresh Icecreams is located on Subhash Road. We are specifically at the 14th A Cross in the Dolagappa Block. It’s a bit of a walk from the main junction. We have the freezers lined up against the wall. The shop stays quite cool because of them. Dolagappa Block is a nice area, mostly families living around here. We get a lot of kids coming in during the weekends. We spend our time checking the milk and making sure the fruit is fresh. Subhash Road can be a bit noisy with the cars, but the 14th A Cross is slightly quieter. We don't have a big sign, just the name on the glass. The floor is made of stone and it gets slippery if we aren't careful with the ice. Sometimes the delivery truck blocks the narrow road at the cross. We have to move things fast before the ice cream starts to soften. It’s just us working here, usually two people. We know the routines of the neighborhood. When the sun goes down, the street lights on Subhash Road flicker on and we get the evening crowd. We don't use any big machines, just the standard stuff. Dolagappa Block is where we spend all our time. It’s a simple shop for anyone who wants something cold. We usually sit outside on the plastic chairs when there are no customers to catch some air.
