Tender Fresh Ice Cream

We have been running this shop at Mahim Midc, Shop No 3 on T H Kataria Marg for quite a while now. It is a busy little corner and there is always something going on outside on the street. The shop itself is not very big, just enough for the freezers and a small space for people to stand while they look at what we have. Most of our days are spent checking the temperature of the machines and making sure everything is staying cold enough in this heat. Mahim can get really humid, so the air conditioning in the shop has to work overtime. We get a lot of people coming in after work or families from the nearby buildings who just want a quick treat. It is nothing fancy, just a few stools and the glass counters where we keep the tubs. Sometimes the deliveries are late because the traffic on Kataria Marg is a nightmare, which is frustrating, but we just deal with it. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors since people bring in a lot of dust from the road. The mornings are usually slow, so we use that time to tidy up and get ready for the evening rush. We know most of our regular customers by their names now. It is a simple business and we just focus on keeping the place running smoothly every day without making a big fuss about things.
