We are located at B/6 in Arvind Niwas, which is part of the Sukh Sagar area right on Charni Road in Mumbai. This is an old part of the city, and we’ve been working out of this space for quite a while now. Being in Mumbai 7 means we are right in the thick of things, with all the noise and energy that comes with it. Our office isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. It’s a typical Mumbai setup where every corner is used for storing something, usually old blueprints or site samples. We spend our days mostly working on architectural designs and talking to contractors. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people might think about architects. Most of the time we are just worrying about measurements or trying to figure out how to fit everything into a tight Mumbai plot. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. If you come by Charni Road, you’ll find us just doing our thing, probably with a few cups of tea sitting on the desks. We like the local feel of being in an older building like Arvind Niwas. It has a bit of character that you don't get in those new glass towers. We just focus on the projects at hand and try to give people practical solutions for their buildings without any extra fluff or nonsense. It is a busy life here.
