Tdm Developers Llp

Our office is based in Nalanda CHSL, over in Jayraj Nagar, Borivali West. We are up on the 7th floor in Flat 704 of the A Wing. It is more of a residential-style office, which actually suits us pretty well. Tdm Developers Llp has been operating from here for a bit. Borivali West is a busy residential hub, and Jayraj Nagar is a nice enough pocket to be in. We do not have a big sign or a fancy lobby. It is just a regular door in a regular apartment building. Inside, we have converted the space into a workspace with desks and a table for meetings. It feels more personal this way, like we are part of the neighborhood rather than some distant company. We spend a lot of our time dealing with development plans and talking to contractors. Sometimes we go downstairs for a tea at the local stall when we need a break from the screen. It is a simple life here. We do not use any big marketing talk or pretend to be more than we are. We are just a group of people working on property developments in Mumbai. The view from the 7th floor is alright, you can see the rooftops and the trees of the surrounding colony. It is a quiet, practical place to get things done.
