TATTVA PROPERTIES LLP is located in Lower Parel West, which is a place that never really sleeps. We are in the Sun Mill Compound, specifically B-48 on the 4th floor of Todi Industry Estate. This whole area used to be full of mills, and you can still feel that old industrial vibe even though there are fancy restaurants everywhere now. Our building, Todi Industry Estate, is one of those classic structures where the lift is always a bit temperamental. We have a decent space on the fourth floor. It is filled with desks, samples of materials, and too many stacks of paper. The view isn't great, just other buildings and the city skyline, but it suits us. Working in Lower Parel means you are always in a rush. We spend our days talking to brokers, checking on property documents, and trying to stay ahead of the paperwork. It is a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of slogans on the walls. It is just a practical office for people who know the Mumbai property market. Sometimes the noise from the compound below gets a bit much, but you get used to it. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, without making a big deal about it. It is just how things work here, and we have been at it long enough to know the ropes.
