Tashfif Tour & Travel

Tashfif Tour & Travel is located at 40/15 in Juhu. Being in Juhu means we are near the beach, though we spend most of our time inside the office looking at computer screens. The space we have is simple, with enough room for a few desks and a place for people to sit while we talk about their travel plans. We handle a lot of different things, from simple train tickets to more complicated overseas trips. The office usually smells like the tea we make in the afternoons. We don't have a big corporate feel here at all. It’s more like sitting in someone’s living room sometimes. We spend a lot of our day on the phone with airlines or checking the latest updates on travel rules. People in Juhu know where we are, and a lot of our customers are just neighbors who have been coming to us for years. We don't do any flashy advertising or use big slogans. We just try to get the details right so nobody has a problem when they get to the airport or the station. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with, like passports and forms, which keeps us busy until we close up for the evening. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work and we just focus on making sure every booking is handled properly without making a big fuss about it.
