We are based at 10 Chinoy Colony in Anekal Taluk, out in Phase XXI. The landmark we usually tell people is the Gurudwara, which is very close to us. Our business is all about travel, so we spend a lot of time on the phone booking tickets or checking on bus and car schedules. The office has a few maps on the walls and some old calendars from airlines. It is a quiet place mostly, except when families come in to plan a big trip. We handle the paperwork and the bookings so people don't have to worry about it themselves. There is usually a pot of tea going and some chairs for people to sit while we look up prices on the computer. We aren't a big travel agency with fancy brochures; we mostly just talk to people and find out where they need to go. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait for the screens to load, which gives us time to chat with the customers. Being in Chinoy Colony means we know most of our neighbors and they often drop by just to ask about train timings or bus routes for their relatives. We try to keep things simple and get the tickets printed out without too much fuss. The Gurudwara nearby is a good place to find us if you get lost in the colony. Often we stay late if a booking is urgent and the client is waiting.
