Tanvirr Travels

We run Tanvirr Travels out of Flat 201 on Plot 34 in Malad West. We are in Konark Nagar, right next to the Malvani Bus Depot. Having the bus depot right there makes it easy to explain where we are to anyone looking for us. It is a busy neighborhood with people constantly moving around at all hours. Our office is more like a home office, which makes it feel comfortable for us during the long days. We spend a lot of time on the phone booking trips and sorting out vehicle schedules for the week. There are always keys sitting on the table and logs of where the cars are at any given moment. It can get a bit loud with the buses coming and going next door, but we have gotten used to the sound. Sometimes we have clients drop by to discuss their travel plans, and we just sit in the living area and talk it out. It is a straightforward way to run things. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us making sure the drivers know their routes and the customers are okay with their rides. We keep a teapot going most of the afternoon. It is just how we operate. We have been in Malad for a long time and know the area very well. We do not try to be anything we are not. We just provide a way for people to get where they are going without a lot of fuss.
