Our office is located at A-26 on the ground floor of the Madhu Industrial Estate. We’re on Pandurang Budhakar Marg in the Worli area of Mumbai. Being on the ground floor is quite helpful because we don’t have to deal with elevators or stairs when we’re moving equipment in and out. The industrial estate is a busy place with lots of trucks and vans coming through all the time. It’s a very practical environment for us. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. Inside, the office is pretty basic. We have some desks, some storage shelves, and a lot of cables and boxes tucked into the corners. It’s not a place built for show; it’s a place built for working. Worli is a central location, so it’s easy for us to head north or south depending on where we need to be. We usually start the day with a quick talk about what’s on the schedule and then everyone just gets to it. There’s no big hierarchy here; we all just pitch in. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when the neighbors are working on something heavy, but that’s just life in an industrial estate. We’re here most days from morning until the sun goes down, and sometimes much later. It’s a straightforward setup that works for the kind of stuff we do every day. We usually grab lunch from the local carts nearby.
