Talwar Housing

We’re over at Shop No 1 in the Acropolis building, right on L J Road in Lokhandwala, Andheri West. You’ll find us situated just below the Indian Bank. It’s a busy corner of the neighborhood, so there’s always people walking by on their way to the bank or hitting the local shops. Talwar Housing isn’t a massive firm. It’s just a small shop where we handle local rentals and some sales. Being in Andheri West means things move fast, but we try to keep a steady pace and not get overwhelmed. Our office is small and usually has a few stacks of papers and files sitting on the desks. We don't have a big team of agents or anything like that. It’s mostly just us. We know the buildings around Lokhandwala pretty well since we’ve spent so much time walking the streets here and checking on properties. Sometimes the traffic on L J Road makes it hard to hear the phone when it rings, but that’s just life in this part of the city. We don't use any fancy sales talk or try to polish things up. If a place has a leak or the elevator is slow, we'll probably just mention it straight away. It’s better to be honest from the start than to have someone complain to us later on. We spend a lot of time coordinating between landlords and tenants. It’s a lot of back and forth, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in the Acropolis building for a while now and we’re part of the furniture almost.
