Talesara Properties Llp is tucked away on the 6th floor of Ramji M Mansion. We occupy rooms A/605 to 607. If you know the Dhobi Talao area, you know it's always buzzing. Being on Jagannath Shankarsheth Marg means there’s constant noise from the street below, but we've gotten used to it. We deal with property matters, mostly around Kalbadevi and Jambulwadi. It’s an old building, so the elevator is a bit slow sometimes, but the space works for us. We aren't a massive outfit with hundreds of staff. It’s just a handful of people making sure the property deals go through without too many headaches. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and it looks a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Living and working in this part of Mumbai keeps you on your toes. We handle things as they come. There’s no big fancy reception area, just some chairs and a lot of filing cabinets. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we like the rhythm of the city around here. Most of our clients come from word of mouth or just people who live nearby. It’s practical work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to nearby offices in Kalbadevi.
