Taj Sats Aircatering Ltd has an office here in Mira Road East. It’s at Almas Apartment, specifically room 204. This is on Pooja Nagar Road in the Naya Nagar area. If you’re familiar with Thane 401107, you know it’s a developing area with a lot of people moving in. We are based out of this apartment unit, which we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s not where the actual cooking happens, obviously, but it’s where a lot of the coordination and planning for our Mumbai operations takes place. The rooms are filled with desks and stacks of schedules. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure everything is lined up. Being in a residential building like Almas Apt makes the work environment feel a bit more relaxed than a high-rise. We know the security guard and the people living next door. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it’s manageable. We don't go for any of that polished corporate talk. We’re just workers trying to get the job done right. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers, but we know where everything is. Some days the traffic on Pooja Nagar Road is a nightmare, but we manage. We just keep things moving, day in and day out, from this flat in Mira Road. It’s a practical setup for a practical team that just wants to get things finished.
