Taj President, Mumbai

This is an office for Taj President, but we are located at 201 Rajhans Apartments in Kalina, Santacruz East. It’s not the actual hotel building you see in the photos. This is more of a back-office or staff housing setup on Road No. 3 in Sundar Nagar. It’s a pretty quiet residential neighborhood compared to the rest of Mumbai. We have our desks set up in the apartment, and it feels a lot more like a home than a corporate office. There are trees outside the window, and you can hear birds instead of just traffic. We handle a lot of the administrative stuff from here. People are always coming and going, mostly staff members who live nearby or need to drop off documents. The rooms are a bit small, and we’ve had to cram a lot of files into the cupboards. Sometimes we go down to the local market in Kalina to grab snacks. It’s a very grounded way of working for such a big name. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy reception desk. It’s just us working through the daily tasks that keep the main hotel running smoothly. Most days are pretty routine, just answering emails and coordinating schedules. It’s a nice, simple place to work away from the main city buzz and the heat.
