If you find yourself near the Bazar To 8 Sector Traffic Light, you’ll see Taj Ice Cream right there. It’s a busy corner. You can hear the constant honking and the sound of the traffic light changing all day long. We’ve been at this location for a while. The shop is quite basic. We have the usual glass-top freezers and a small counter where we handle the cash. It’s often dusty because of the road work nearby, so we are always wiping down the counters. We get a mix of people—commuters waiting for their bus, shoppers from the bazar, and families out for a walk. Some people just want a small cup, while others buy the big containers. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on keeping the ice cream cold and getting people through the line. Sometimes the supply chain is a bit slow, and we have to tell people we're out of their favorite flavor, which is never fun. But mostly, we have what people are looking for. The evenings are our busiest time when the sun goes down and it’s a bit cooler outside. We stay open pretty late to catch the late-night crowd. It’s just a regular part of the neighborhood. We don't have any big plans, just keeping the shop going day by day. It’s a simple job but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We're here every day.
