You can find us over at 286 Santacruz West, inside the Jolly Centre. T P H Tours & Travels is basically just a small group of us trying to help people get where they need to go. The office is often full of brochures and maps that we haven't quite gotten around to filing away properly. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than three people walk in at once, but we make it work somehow. Santacruz is a loud area, and the Jolly Centre always has people coming and going for all sorts of reasons. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or checking train schedules while people sit across from us waiting for an answer. It’s not the most glamorous job, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we know the tricks to finding a decent route. Some days are slower than others, and we just sit and drink tea while waiting for the next person to walk through the door. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the tickets are right and the dates match up. It's mostly about double-checking things so nobody gets stuck at an airport. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how people travel, but the basic stuff stays the same. We’re just here in our corner of the building doing our thing and hoping the printers don't jam today.
