Switch 2 Us Developers (OPC) Private Limited is run out of Flat No. 32 on the 3rd floor of Rajat Apartments. We are located on Mount Pleasant Road in Malabar Hill. It’s a nice part of Mumbai, though the traffic on the hill can be a bit much during peak hours. Since it’s an OPC, it’s a smaller operation. The office is basically just a modified apartment space. It works well for us because it’s quiet and we can get our development planning done without too many distractions. We’ve got a view of the street from the third floor. There are a lot of old trees around here, which is a nice change from the rest of the city. We spend our time looking at development plans and managing the various bits of business that come with being a private limited company. It’s not a place with a bunch of staff running around. It’s more of a focused environment. We have our computer setups and a place to file all the legal documents. Being in Malabar Hill means we are close to a lot of important spots in South Mumbai. We don’t have a big storefront or anything like that. People usually come by only if we’ve set a time to meet. It’s a simple, honest way to run a development business from a comfortable residential building. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
