Swiss International Holidays

Swiss International Holidays is located in the Raheza Windermere Society over in Andheri West. We are in unit F-1. It is a bit different because we are inside a residential society, so it is much quieter than the main road. We have a lot of travel brochures and posters of mountains on the walls. Most of our day is spent on the computer looking at flight schedules and hotel bookings. It is a lot of checking dates and prices over and over. We have a few desks and some comfortable chairs for when people come in to talk about their trips. It doesn't feel like a big corporate office. It feels more like a home office where we can actually sit down and take our time. Outside, you can hear the birds or the sound of the society gate opening. It is a nice break from the noise of Andheri. We handle a lot of phone calls and spend a lot of time scanning passports and printing out vouchers. Sometimes we have to deal with cancellations or delays, which can be a bit of a headache. We just try to sort it out and move on to the next task. We have been in this society for a while and we like the pace here. It is a steady job and we have our routine. We don't need a big flashy storefront on the high street. This works.
