So, Swiss Cabs is based out of Kanjur Marg East. We are in Nutan Nagar, right on the ground floor. It is a small setup, G/2 to be exact. Being in Mumbai 42 means we are close to the tracks, so you can hear the local trains passing by every few minutes. It is a constant background noise that we don't even notice anymore. The office is usually full of drivers coming in to drop off keys or check their schedules. There’s a lot of talk about traffic on the Eastern Express Highway and which roads are blocked for repairs. We have a couple of old chairs for people to sit on while they wait. The desk is usually covered in logbooks and phone chargers. It gets a bit dusty because the door is always open to let some air in. We don't really do much in the way of fancy advertisements. Most people around here just know where we are. Dealing with cabs in this city is a lot of work, and there is always some issue with a vehicle or a route that needs fixing. We just drink our chai and try to keep the cars moving as best as we can. It’s a simple life here in Nutan Nagar, nothing too complicated about how we run things. We just make sure the drivers know where they are going and that everyone stays safe on the road.
