We are located in Andheri East, specifically in the Sant Tukaram Nagar area. Our office is in Building Number A/8, which is on Ycm Road. If you are looking for us, we are tucked away behind the SBI Quarter. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads of Andheri, which are always jammed. We spend our days looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for people. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and writing things down in ledgers or on the computer. There are always maps and brochures laying around, though they get dusty if we don't move them. Swastik Tours & Travels has been around this part of town for a good bit. We see a lot of the same neighbors every day. The building is a typical residential-commercial mix, so it feels very lived-in. Sometimes the tea stall guy brings us a tray in the afternoon when things get a bit slow. We don't do anything too fancy, just help people get where they need to go. It’s a lot of checking dates and making sure names are spelled right on the forms. The SBI quarters behind us give a good sense of where we are if you get lost. We just keep doing our thing, one booking at a time, without too much fuss or ceremony.
