People just drop by to ask about bus timings or to see if we can get them a good deal on a flight. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and hotels, trying to make sure everything is lined up for our clients. Sometimes things go wrong, like a bus being late or a booking getting mixed up, but we always try to fix it quickly. We started this because we liked moving around and helping others see new places. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have a big marketing budget, we just rely on the people in Worli knowing where we are when they need to travel somewhere.
