Swagat Biscuit Mart

We’ve been here at shop 965 in Borivali East for a while now. It’s right on Chakudiya Mahadev Road, tucked into building number 13. Most mornings, the air around here just smells like sugar and baked dough. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop where we keep the shelves stocked with all kinds of biscuits. Some people come in for the salty ones to have with their chai, while others want the sweet cream ones for their kids. We spend a lot of time moving crates around and making sure the glass jars are full. The road outside gets pretty busy with people walking to the station, but they usually stop in if they need a quick snack. It’s a lot of manual work, checking dates and talking to the delivery guys who come by early. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure things run okay. Sometimes the fans are loud, and the space feels a bit small when a few customers come in at once, but that's just how it is. We know most of the people living in the buildings nearby. They don't even have to tell us what they want half the time because we already know their favorites. It’s a simple business, really. We just sell biscuits and try to keep the shop clean enough for the next day.
