We are located in Building Number 25 of Dakshata CHS in Tilaknagar. It’s B Wing, Room 504. Tilaknagar has that classic Chembur feel to it, with lots of residential buildings and small businesses tucked into the ground floors or higher up in the wings. Our office is basically a converted room, which makes it feel a lot more personal than a standard commercial block. You walk through the society gates, maybe wave to the watchman, and head up to the fifth floor. Being in a housing society means things are a bit more relaxed. You hear the sounds of the neighborhood, kids playing or neighbors talking, which is actually quite nice compared to a loud industrial zone. We handle our infra projects from this small space. There’s a lot of files and some old computers, and usually a pot of tea going somewhere. Mumbai City can be a stressful place to work, but being here in Chembur feels a bit more grounded. Most of us have been in this industry for a while, so we know the drill. We don’t go in for big signs or flashy lights. If you need us, you just come to the building and find B Wing. It’s a practical setup that works for us because we’re often out at project sites anyway. When we are here, it’s all about getting the planning and the numbers right. It’s a humble spot but it’s where all the real work happens. We like being part of the society.
