Suvidha Developers

We’re based out of Malad East, specifically on 7th Main. It’s a quiet enough part of the area, though the main road is always a mess with traffic. Suvidha Developers is just a handful of us in a small space. We spend most of our time dealing with permits and checking on sites nearby. There’s always a stack of blueprints somewhere that nobody has put away yet. The office isn't particularly large, so we end up knowing what everyone is doing. We started out small and stayed that way, which seems to work for us. The walls are painted a dull white, and we’ve got a couple of old fans that make a lot of noise. Rain gets a bit loud on the roof during monsoon season. Most days are spent chasing people up on the phone or waiting for paperwork to clear. We take turns making tea in the little pantry. It isn't the kind of place you see in magazines, just a functional space where we get things done. We know the local chai wala by name, and he knows exactly how we like it. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a quote or check a plan, but mostly we leave on time. It’s just honest work. We don't really do much advertising; people just find us through word of mouth or by walking past the sign on the street. It’s been this way for years, and we’re quite comfortable with the routine we’ve built here together. There's not much more to it than that.
