We are based in Borivali West, up on the seventh floor of the Shreeji Complex in Shivaji Nagar. It’s on L.M. Road, which is a pretty well-known stretch in this part of Mumbai. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other rooftops and the tops of some trees. The office is quite busy most of the time. We have a few different phone lines, like the 9892926513 one, which seems to ring more often than the others. It’s a typical office environment where you’ll hear the sound of typing and people talking on headsets. We don't have much in the way of decoration, just some basic furniture and the equipment we need to do our jobs. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy enough. We usually take turns going down for lunch so someone is always here to handle things. There is a small sandwich stall near the entrance of the complex that makes decent food if you’re in a hurry. We stay pretty late most nights, so the office lights are often the last ones on in this part of the floor. It’s just a group of us working through the daily tasks and making sure everything is logged correctly before we sign off and head to the station for the commute back home. Sometimes we even forget to look at the clock until it's dark outside.
