Susme Builders Llp is based in Santacruz East. We are located on the first floor in unit F-1 of the Shanti Nagar Co-Op Industrial Estate. This is in the Vakola area, which is full of different kinds of businesses. Being in an industrial estate means the environment is very work-focused, which suits us just fine. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a place where we sit down to go over plans and handle our daily paperwork. We’ve been working out of Vakola for a long time and we’ve gotten used to the way things run around here. We don't spend money on fancy decor because we’d rather focus on the construction projects we have. The stairs to get up to our floor are a bit steep, but it’s a solid building. We handle various building works from this office. Santacruz East is a convenient spot for us because it’s easy to reach different project sites from here. We are a small team of people who understand the building trade. Most of our time is spent on the phone with suppliers or visiting sites to see how things are going. We don't try to be anything we’re not. It’s just an honest business run by people who know their job. We show up every day and try to keep things moving as they should. It’s a straightforward approach that has served us well over the years. We just keep building.
