Suryoday Tours Travels Pvt Ltd is located in Gala No 15/16. We are in the A Wing on the 1st Floor in Mulund West. Our building is near the 46th Cross, and the Mulund Railway Station is quite close by. Being near the station means there are always people walking past the building. We have a few desks and a lot of paper folders everywhere. We handle a lot of local travel and some longer trips too. It’s a lot of checking dates and confirming tickets on the phone. The office gets a bit cramped when there are more than three people inside at once. We’ve been in this gala for several years. You can hear the trains from the station if it’s quiet enough in the afternoon. We usually have the windows open to let the air in. We aren't a big fancy agency. It’s just us doing the work every day. Most of our clients are people from the local area who have known us for a long time. We keep a big calendar on the wall to track everything that's going on. Sometimes we have to stay late into the evening to finish the bookings. We like the routine of it. It’s a busy neighborhood but we’re used to the noise. We just make sure the tickets are printed and ready for whenever they're needed.
