Superb Shoreline Housing Llp

Superb Shoreline Housing is over on A. K. Marg. We are in Om Chambers, on the second floor in room 209. The building is a bit older, so it has that specific smell of old paper and dusty corners. It’s not a bad place to be, just very lived-in and practical. We do housing projects, which basically means we spend our days looking at land and talking to people about building homes. There’s a lot of paperwork involved, more than you’d think when you first start out. Our desks are usually covered in files and empty tea cups by the afternoon. A. K. Marg is a busy street, so there’s always noise coming up from the road. We’ve grown used to it over the years. We don't have a big team, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the printer breaks down and we have to wait a day for the repair guy to come by. It’s just how it goes in a small office. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big marketing budget. Most people find us because they know someone we’ve worked with before. We just try to be straightforward and get the permits and the planning done without too much fuss. It’s a lot of waiting for things to happen, then a lot of rushing when they finally do. That’s just the nature of the business.
