Suparshwa Homes Private Limited

We’ve got our setup for Suparshwa Homes Private Limited down in the Fort area, which is always a busy part of town. Our office is in Veetrag House on Cawasji Patel Road, right on Floor-1 of Plot-46. Being near Horniman Circle means we’re surrounded by all those old, grand buildings, which is a nice change of pace from the newer parts of the city. The office itself is pretty simple. It’s got that old-school feel you find in South Mumbai offices, with high ceilings and walls that have seen a lot of years. We spend most of our time here going over project details and meeting with people. It’s not a fancy corporate showroom; it’s more of a working space where we keep our files and host our meetings. The walk from the station in the morning is usually when we plan out the day’s tasks. Since we’re on the first floor, we can hear the street noise pretty clearly, the honking and the people talking, but you get used to it after a while. We do our best to stay organized, though the piles of paper on the desks might suggest otherwise on a Tuesday afternoon. There’s a lot to manage with home building, from the first brick to the final bit of paint, and this is where all those decisions happen. It’s a tight-knit team here, and we just focus on getting through the daily list of things to do.
