It is a very busy part of Mumbai, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. The 400022 area has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over the years. We don’t have a big, shiny office with glass doors. Instead, we work out of this villa, which feels more like a home than a workplace. We spend our mornings going over building plans and our afternoons out at various sites. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we just deal with it. We don't bother with marketing talk or trying to sound more important than we are. We are just builders who want to make sure the structures we work on are solid and safe. It involves a lot of coordination with different workers and making sure we have enough cement and steel on site. The office is usually a bit chaotic with phone calls and people dropping in, but we prefer it that way. It feels real and active. We have been in this neighborhood for a long time and we know most of the people around here.
