If you are looking for us, we are right there in Gustad Chamber, which is number 13 at Carnac Bunder. It's a busy area because J J Hospital is just across the road, so there's always a lot of noise and people moving around. We spend most of our day sitting at the desks here, dealing with tickets and travel plans. People come in wanting to visit their families in other states or sometimes just for a quick trip. The phones ring quite a bit and sometimes the internet gets slow, which is annoying when you're trying to book a flight. We keep a lot of papers on the desks. It's not the biggest office, but we've managed here for a while. We know most of the shopkeepers around Carnac Bunder. Usually, morning is the time when things are a bit quiet, but by afternoon, it gets hectic. We don't really do anything fancy here. We just check the bus timings or train seats on the computer. If a customer is confused about where to go, we try to show them a few options on the screen. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s when we usually take a small break. It’s just a regular travel shop doing regular work for the people in the neighborhood. We stay open until late evening most days because that's when people get free and finally have time to plan their journeys.
