Our travel office is at B/24 in the Deep Mandir Society, which is part of the MHB Colony in Borivali. It’s also near Thaltej Cross Road and the S.G. Highway. It’s a bit of a long address, but once you find the society, we are easy to spot. We spend our days helping people plan their trips and booking tickets for them. It’s a lot of looking at maps, websites, and train schedules. The office is often full of brochures and travel posters, some of them look a bit old now. People come in to ask about train timings or the easiest bus routes to take. We try to give them the useful information we have based on what we know. Borivali is a busy hub, so there’s always someone looking to go somewhere for a holiday or work. We don’t have a big corporate setup with uniforms. It’s just a local shop where you can sit down and talk about your travel plans over a cup of tea. Sometimes the internet goes down or the systems are slow, and we have to do things the old-fashioned way over the phone. We’ve been here for a while, so we know most of the regular travelers in the neighborhood. We don’t make big promises about luxury. We just try to get your tickets booked and your itinerary sorted without too much trouble. It’s a small feel here. We like hearing about people’s trips when they come back to the colony. It makes the work feel a bit more personal for us as well.
