Sun N Sand ,Mumbai

Our office is currently located in the CGS Colony in Antop Hill. We are on the first floor of building number 141/5160, right on SM Road in Sector VII. It is a bit of a maze back here if you aren't used to the colony layout. We share the space through Virender Kumar. It is a busy residential colony, so there are always kids playing outside and people moving about. Sun N Sand has this administrative spot here to handle the behind-the-scenes work. It is not the actual hotel building by the beach; it is more of a functional office for the logistics and paperwork side of things. The rooms are filled with desks, computers, and stacks of ledgers. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always humming in the background. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea several times a day. Most of us take the bus or a rickshaw to get here. It is a long way from the fancy parts of town, but it works for what we need. We do not have a big sign outside, so people usually have to ask around to find the right building number. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy with the daily tasks to worry much about that. It is a decent place to work with a team that knows each other well.
