We are over at Nyati Windchimes, specifically in building Clarinet, flat 903. This is in Mohammed Wadi here in Pune. Being part of Sun And Soil Organics Llp means we spend a lot of our time thinking about what goes into the ground and eventually onto the plate. It isn’t always easy work and sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk near the window. We started this because we noticed how hard it was to find things that felt real and tied back to the earth. Most days involve talking to people who care about their food. Our spot in Nyati County is quiet enough to get things done but close enough to the city bustle. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls, just a regular space where we track everything. The name Sun And Soil really says it all for us. We focus on the basics of growing and getting things out to people. Sometimes the logistics get a bit messy, but that is just how it goes when you are working with natural things. Neighbors often see us coming and going with samples or checking on shipments. It’s a small operation but we keep busy from morning until late. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just hoping to provide some decent organic options for the folks around Pune who want them. It is honest work and it keeps us on our toes every single day.
