Dunlop Garden Tea

We are located at 85/A, Anil Kunj, which is on B.G. Kher Road in Warli. Our specific office is 1/3, so it’s a fairly small space in an older building that has a lot of history to it. Being in Warli means we get a bit of that sea breeze, but we also get all the noise and traffic that comes with being in such a busy part of Mumbai. The office itself is pretty simple—we have some old wooden desks and a lot of paper everywhere because we still do things the old-fashioned way. We spend our days coordinating between the tea gardens and the people who need our product. It’s not a glamorous job, and most of our time is spent on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. The building is a bit quiet compared to the main road outside, which is nice when we need to focus. We don't have a big team of marketing experts or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. It’s just us trying to keep the business running smoothly year after year. Sometimes the monsoon season makes things difficult with leaks in the roof or the trains being delayed, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers all know us by name. We don’t want to be some massive entity; we’re just comfortable doing our work and being part of the neighborhood here in Warli.
