Radiant Organic Pvt Ltd operates out of Office No 6 in the Juhu Sea View Building in Nagdevi, Juhu. It’s an older building, and our office is just a regular room with a few desks and chairs. We deal with organic products, mostly helping to move them from the farmers to the stores. We don't have a big warehouse here, just the office where we handle the paperwork. You can see a bit of the street from the window, and sometimes we see the sea if the weather is clear. It’s usually quiet inside, just the sound of someone typing or the fan spinning. We keep a few samples of the grains and oils we handle on a shelf in the corner. People stop by to talk about prices or to drop off documents. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us trying to keep things organized. The building elevator is a bit temperamental, so we often end up taking the stairs. We spend a lot of our time on the computer checking emails and talking to suppliers. It is a simple setup, and we prefer it that way. We don't use any fancy corporate language because we are just a small team doing our daily work. Sometimes we bring in lunch and eat together at the main table when things are slow. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time for it.
