Nayakem Organics P Ltd

Nayakem Organics P Ltd is on the second floor of the A to Z Industrial Estate in Parel, at 242. Parel is a place that never really stops moving, and being in an industrial estate means there is always a lift moving or someone dragging a pallet across the floor. Our office is functional, mostly filled with files, some lab samples, and a few computers that have seen better days. The second floor gets a decent amount of light, but the view is mostly just other industrial buildings and some power lines. We deal with organic materials and chemicals, so there is always a faint, distinct smell in the hallways. The stairs up to our unit are quite steep, and the lift is often busy, so we end up walking a lot. We don't have fancy furniture or a reception desk. It’s just us sitting at our desks and making calls or writing reports. The staff here has been around for a while, and we all know how the routine goes. Sometimes we have tea together near the window and talk about the commute, which is always a headache in Mumbai. It is a practical environment where the focus is on the logistics of the business rather than how the office looks to outsiders. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in through the mail or phone.
